Oneness Events

How can the divine Oneness be seen?
In beautiful forms, breathtaking wonders,
awe-inspiring miracles?
The Tao is not obliged to present itself
in this way.

If you are willing to be lived by it, you will
see it everywhere, even in the most
ordinary things.

Oneness Center in Bern, Switzerland

Deep inside every human being there is a place that connects us with our primal nature and gives us access to an inner wisdom. If individuals or groups make a connection with this inner core, they access the universal knowledge of unity and thus experience life from a broader perspective. The Oneness Center offers a space that allows us to learn how to access this simple and yet dynamic state of oneness individually and collectively, bringing it into our daily lives.

The Dark Mysteries of the Universe - A Cosmological Perspective

13. February 2015, Bern at the Oneness Center
7pm - 8:pm, English talk with Michelle Galloway, German translation Claudia Lehnherr

Everything we cannot see is almost everything that exists. Through astrophysical observation, it is now understood that most of the matter in the Universe consists of an unknown substance, i.e. dark matter, that does not emit or reflect light. Therefore we cannot see it, yet it passes through us at every moment, bends light that comes near it, and holds galaxies together. In addition to dark matter, our Universe is expanding at an ever-increasing rate due to a mysterious force called dark energy. Although several theories exist to explain it, very little is known about dark energy. This talk will first provide an introduction to the 4% of the Universe that we know, then explore the current scientific perception of the Universe's dark mysteries, the remaining 96%!

Breath and Silence - Simply Breathe

14. March 2015, Bern at the Oneness Center
2pm - 5pm, Seminar with Ursula Hofer

Our everyday lives are very complex and dense. We are exposed to new information ceaselessly and challenged in all areas of life in many ways. Often we feel overwhelmed and stressed. Therefore we only have a little time to spare for the simple things of life. But precisely where things are still simple, what is essential can be experienced and real meaning can unfold.

The breathing rhythm with its movements of coming, going, and waiting, connects us with the natural simplicity that is at the root of the cycles of life. If we allow ourselves to be carried by that original rhythm, we can experience life in all its facets and yet simply be.

Deep inside every human being there is a place that connects us with our primal nature and gives us access to an inner wisdom. If individuals or groups make a connection with this inner core, they access the universal knowledge of unity and thus experience life from a broader perspective. The Miracle of Existence

29. May 2015, Bern at the Oneness Center
4:30pm - 7:30pm, Workshop with Natalie Knapp

Have you ever wondered why you exist at all?
Because you could as well not exist.

The question of existence is one of the biggest, unsolved mysteries of humanity. For millennia philosophers, theologians, physicians but also poets and artists have been trying to solve that mystery. Many of their answers are not only exciting and profound but also funny and witty. I would like to share some of those answers with you because they convey a sense of that miracle that is so invigorating but we often lose track of in our everyday lives.
